SprayWorks offers a wide range of commercial spray hoses in the varieties of air hoses, high-pressure hoses, low-pressure hoses, whip hoses for air tools, and transfer hoses, available as both heated hoses and unheated hoses. We offer sizes ranging from 10 feet up to 50 feet, which can be attached to each other to create several hundred feet of hose. Our Spray Foam Hoses
When it comes to our hose system options for customers, two of our key products include our PMC Heated Spray Foam Hose and our Graco Heated Hose.
- PMC Heated Spray Foam Hose System – This product includes an innovative hose heating concept in which the continuous braid tinned-copper jacket is distributed evenly around the circumference of the hose providing a uniform heating watt density and precise control of the material application temperature.
- Graco Heated Hoses – These spray hoses are copper-heated hoses and designed specifically for use with Graco proportioners and reactors. They are covered with a proprietary butyl cover for protection against moisture sensitive isocyanate.
