Refund policy

Products that have been ordered and shipped, may be returned if they are unused and unopened within 30 days of delivery date. We charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Returns are accepted by mail or in person. Depending on your method of payment, it may take approximately 3-5 days for refunds to be issued to a credit card after they have been returned. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges may be made on a case-by-case basis and require manager approval.
