Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) combined with elastomeric coatings delivers a durable, seamless, and highly insulating roofing system that can last 30 to 40+ years with proper maintenance. Applied at 1 inch or more, SPF offers the highest R-value per inch of any commercial roofing material (approximately R-6 to R-7 per inch), while the required topcoat (silicone, acrylic, or urethane) protects the foam from UV exposure and water intrusion.
