A spray foam roofing scarfer is designed to cut into spray foam that has previously been applied to a flat commercial roof. After removing any accumulated water and drying the roof, using a spray foam scarfer allows the applicator to tear off the foam in one or two passes, clearing a clean space to apply new material. If you still see foam after your pass, continue to run the scarfer until foam is not a solid surface. A roof scarfer prevents unnecessary manual labor, leaving your crew exhausted.
